1. INTRODUCTION
Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic, Kazaure is advertising for Prequalification, Invitation to Tender for Year 2026 Tetfund Maintenance Intervention, Insurunce of physical infrastructure and year 2023 Needs Assessment Intervention Projects respectively. In compliance with the requirements of the Public procurement Act,(PPA) 2007 and other extent government regulations, the institution is therefore requesting for Technical and Financial Bids from contractors and suppliers for the following Projects.

2. SCOPE OF WORKS
Category Q: Invitation to Tender for Year 2026 Tetfund Maintenance Intervention Projects
Lot-Q1: Renovation and Remodeling of Classroom Block to Centre for the Utilization of Fabricated Equipment and Student projects
Lot-Q2: Insurance of Services for Critical Assets

Category D: Invitation to Tender for year 2023 Needs Assessment Intervention Projects
Lot- D1: Procurement and Installation Testing and Commissioning of 60 Kva Solar Hybrid Power Station and 60NR Solar Street light

Lot B10: Rehabilitation/Improvement of Solar Powered water supply scheme at Ajagbodudu Town in Warri North LGA
Lot C1: Construction of Two (2) Blocks of 3-Compartment Ecological Sanitary Toilets at Idiare Primary School, Gbokoda in Warri-North LGA
Lot C2: Construction of Two (2) Blocks of 3-Compartment Ecological Sanitary Toilet at Obinomba Grammar School in Ukwuani LGA
Lot C3: Construction of Two (2) Blocks of 3-Compartment Ecological Sanitary Toilets at Umukwata Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Ukwuani
Lot C4: Construction of Two (2) Blocks of 3-Compartment Ecological Sanitary Toilets at Koko Primary Health Center (PHC) in Warri North LGA

2. Tender application forms and documents are to be collected from the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, STOWASSA, upon payment of the prescribed fees as contained in the mandatory requirement below.

3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Companies interested in the project are to submit company profiles which must contain the following:
a. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and current status report of Bidder
b. Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificates (TCC) for Three (3) Years
c. Current Tax Clearance Certificate of at least 2 directors or proprietor(s) for a limited company;
d. Company’s audited financial account (indicating turnover) and information over the past 3 years endorsed by a firm of chartered accountants;
e. Evidence of registration with Delta State Contractors Registration Board/DESIR Card.
f. Company’s profile, organogram and resume of relevant key technical staff, including individual attestation of availability. Include copies of professional certificates with seal and endorsement;
g. Verifiable evidence of similar projects previously undertaken, including letters of awards and Completion Certificates within the pass three (3) years; indicate the financial value of these similar projects;
h. Description and list of relevant equipment owned by contractor; include proof of ownership or lease or license over the equipment;
i. Evidence of payment of Tender Fee of N250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira)
j. Evidence Registration with STOWASSA as a contractor
k. Evidence of payment of Handling fees of N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira)
l. Evidence of sworn court Affidavit that all information provided by the company/bidder is true and correct

4. Bidders are advised to visit and inspect project sites before bidding.
